Ster joins the firm with more than 20 years of transaction advisory and senior finance roles across a broad spectrum of industrial businesses.
Angeles is a specialist lower middle-market private equity investment firm with a consistent approach that seeks to transform underperforming industrial businesses. As an operating partner, finance in Angeles’ affiliated operations group, Ster is responsible for the evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities, developing and executing value creation plans, and providing finance leadership and oversight across Angeles portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Angeles Operations Group, Ster was the chief financial officer of Divergent Technologies. Before joining Divergent, Ster was a senior finance leader at Space Exploration Technologies (“SpaceX”), after spending over 10 years in the transaction advisory services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). Ster earned an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
